Openchart2, the Java plotting and charting library, has been updated with some improvements and feature enhancements.  Version 1.1 represents an evolutionary step in Openchart2's development.  The newest features include:

• Different default behavior of the Title and Legend to improve interoperability with Batik's SVG generator engine.
• More robust tick mark location calculator.
• Improved Ant build script.

The release candidate is available for download from the Openchart2 download page.  An additional tutorial showing the library's operation with Batik will be uploaded shortly.
