The second candidate of Draco Release 1.2 is now available from Approximatrix, LLC.  The newest candidate fixes a number of issues with the previous releases, including cases where HTML code would show as a result of regressions rather than properly rendered HTML.  The plotting engine has been upgraded to Openchart2 1.4.2, which introduces cosmetic changes and resolves rendering bugs.  Minor computational issues in nonlinear least squares and weighted least squares are fixed in this release candidate.
