The HelpGUI help browser is a pure Java help browser licensed under the GNU GPL written by Alexandre Thomas.  Approximatrix has been working to add features to this powerful library in preparation for the first Draco release. 

The latest Approximatrix edition (1.2-A) adds proper handling of anchors in links in the help browser.  The Approximatrix edition includes this feature as well as the ability to request pages by topic (for context-sensitive help) and the ability to function with file paths outside the classpath realm of the operating application.
