preshrunk-cotton: A Windows HTML Help Builder

A new textile-to-CHM processor for developers from Approximatrix

Approximatrix has released a new help file builder, preshrunk-cotton, as open-source.  This Python package can be used to generate a Microsoft Windows Compressed HTML Help (CHM) file from a directory tree containing text files written in the Textile markup language.  Textile is a simplified language for easily authoring contents to be converted into HTML files.  Compressed HTML Help (CHM) is a help format popular on Microsoft Windows and compatible platforms.  preshrunk-cotton is comprised of entirely open-source code.

Please see the preshrunk-cotton page for more information.
